• Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2011, he has 13 years of experience in the construction industry.  
• He has experience in the construction of many types of civil and industrial projects such as Novotel Danang Hotel, HCMC Hoa Sen University, Soleil Anh Duong Da Nang Hotel, Wahl Clipper Long An Factory, Laurelton Cambodia Factory, Huafu Long An Factory, Far Eastern Binh Phuoc Factory.
• He has experience in management work in the Cost Management Department and the Tender Department for large construction corporations. 
• He joined Dinco in 2019 with the desire to build an effective cost management system, contributing to building a sustainable business based on honesty and ethics. Work Experience:

• Nearly 20 years of experience in consulting, design, and construction of MEP systems. He has been involved in the design of many large-scale projects, including high-rise buildings, factories, hospitals, resorts, and hotels, among others.
• He also has more than 3 years of experience as a Site Manager and over 15 years of experience as Head of the Tendering and MEPF Design Department at Hoa Hong Investment Joint Stock Company and ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ E&C.
• Since joining ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ E&C in 2018, with his straightforward and decisive personality, along with a strong sense of responsibility, he has consistently achieved outstanding results and earned the trust of the company’s leadership.

• He has over 11 years of experience in civil and industrial construction.
• Before joining Dinco, he worked at such projects as: Cosevco Hotel, Indochina Riverside Tower, Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel with the roles of M&E Supervisor, M&E Coordinator.
• He started to work at Dinco in May 2009 as the role of Leader M&E team.
• With vast knowledge in the M&E field, he has been a tremendous help to the development of the M&E department and greatly appreciated by customers.
• Up to now, most clients award Dinco both building and M&E work.
• He can communicate in English well. At present, he is the Director of M&E division that comprises of: M&E design and tender team and M&E execution management team.
• He has traveled on business to Thailand and Malaysia.

• He has 12 years of experience in the field of Structural Design and Design Management. With a wide understanding of the field of Construction Structural Design, he has offered many optimal structural solutions in terms of schedule and cost to the Client.
