Amazing Ecotech Textile Quang Ngai is one of the largest and most advanced textile manufacturing plants in the world of YaDong Group (China), located in VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park. With a total construction area of more than 82,000 m虏 and a designed production capacity of 48 million m虏 of fabric per year, the project is expected to become a strategic manufacturing hub, meeting the demands of global fashion brands while contributing to the expansion of YaDong's supply chain in Vietnam.

To realize this vision, the Owner selected the Design & Build model to integrate the entire process from design and engineering to construction. Implementing the project under a single point of responsibility enables close control over the project schedule, optimization of investment costs, minimization of potential risks, and a shorter time to put the factory into operation, creating a competitive advantage from the very beginning of production.

With the goal of building a factory that meets international standards, the project incorporates a number of specialized technical solutions. The entire factory floor was constructed to the FM1 standard, meeting the operational requirements of automated production lines and high-precision internal logistics systems. In addition, a 3,200 m鲁/day wastewater treatment system was integrated from the initial stage, ensuring stable production while supporting the Owner's sustainable development objectives and compliance with environmental standards.

In addition to construction quality, the project is supported by a 10-year waterproofing warranty and a 5-year legal warranty, helping the Owner minimize maintenance costs, reduce production disruptions, and ensure peace of mind throughout the operational lifecycle of the facility.

Throughout the construction process, the project achieved one million safe working hours, reflecting a safety, quality, and schedule management system implemented in strict accordance with international standards. Upon completion, the factory was quickly put into operation, becoming an important link in the global supply chain of brands such as Uniqlo and Zara.
